This is a free, secure and confidential web-based service that enables you to be in touch with your own personal trained advisor.

All CareConfidential advisors are trained and have experience of helping women in crisis pregnancy and post-abortion situations. All advisors have had a minimum of 100 hours training and are regularly supervised in order to maintain the quality of the help they provide.

First Visit

If this is your first request for support,

• Click register
• Enter your name, user name and password as described below.

Name: Enter the name you would like the advisor to use when corresponding with you [preferably your first name or nickname only].

User Name: Enter a user name. You will use this name to log in with next time.

Password: this needs to be at least 8 and a maximum of 16 characters. This should preferably be a mix of letters and numbers.

• Click login. This will enable you to access your own personal ongoing secure contact with a trained advisor.

To maintain security and confidentiality, we DO NOT use email contact to provide reminders of passwords. If you forget your user name and password, you will need to re-register and be put in touch with a new advisor.

Already Registered

If you have already been in touch with an advisor and want to continue an existing conversation, you do not need to register again. Simply click ‘log in’ using your user name and password.
