A pregnancy will always change your life. Whether planned or unexpected there are many confusing feelings and issues which are often difficult to talk about or discuss. It is important that we make decisions which we can live with for the rest of our lives but this can be difficult if we feel that we are trapped or in a crisis.
For some of us the loss of a pregnancy through miscarriage or a termination can leave us with unexpected feelings which we still struggle with many years later.
Alternatives is a safe place to come and talk confidentially through all the issues surrounding pregnancy and where we can equip and support you to make the right decisions or steps for your own unique situation.

If nobody is available to take your call, please leave a message or email with an appointment request, or drop in on Tuesdays between 10am-1pm. When visiting the centre please ask for Alternatives at the reception desk and an advisor will meet you.

We are not able to refer directly for termination. We offer clients information on all the options and are
well–resourced to provide both immediate and long–term support as necessary, directing
to other agencies as appropriate.
