Ten-step programme'The Journey'is a ten-step programme for anyone who has had, or been involved in, an abortion at any time in their lives and feels they have a problem with recovering from it. The programme looks at a series of difficult emotional issues at first, such as denial, grief, guilt, shame, anger, and then moves into the issue of forgiveness, accountability and letting go, finally leaving the person in a better place than when she or he started the programme.
Free serviceThe service is free, confidential and provided by trained advisors. It takes the form of at least ten one-to-one sessions, although group counselling is available in some centres.
