CareConfidential are planning to carry out a large, online, self-report attitude survey of women who have had, or have been affected by, an abortion in some way, either positively or negatively. As part of the preparation for this survey, we need to interview a number of women who had an abortion at least five years ago. These interviews will be carried out at the Islington centre in London. The survey and the interview itself will take no more than one hour.
While we would hope that women would find involvement in this project beneficial, there is also the possibility that deep feelings may be stirred, therefore all interviews will be carried out alongside an experienced CareConfidential advisor and there will be opportunity for follow up afterwards, should you want it.
You can be sure that confidentiality will be of paramount significance and you will not be identifiable. You will obviously be free to withdraw your consent at any stage.

We are not able to refer directly for termination. We offer clients information on all the options and are
