Are you pregnant and facing difficult circumstances, difficult choices and don't know where to turn or what to do? We can help you by listening and providing information to help you make informed choices.

Are you thinking of abortion and in a turmoil about it? At Space West Midlands we provide a free, confidential service in a relaxed atmosphere. Our aim is to give you a safe place where you can talk through your situation and get the information you need to make an informed decision about your pregnancy and your future.

Have you already had an abortion and finding it difficult to cope with life? We can help you if you are suffering emotional effects following a termination. One of our trained volunteers can take you through our "Journey" recovery support programme. You don’t have to sign up straight away – just come and see us and have a chat.


We have drop in sessions every Wednesday and Thursday at the stated times but you can phone for an appointment on our helpline on 0121 321 3737 any day Monday to Friday. We will always try to make an appointment to suit you. Sometimes you may have to leave a recorded message on our answerphone but we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We carry out pregnancy tests with immediate results.

All our services are free of charge and confidential.
