The first thing you need to do is get a pregnancy test done to check if you really are pregnant. You can get this done free of charge at a pregnancy centre. Follow the link to find a centre for crisis pregnancy support in your area. or go to a contraceptive and sexual health clinic, or buy a test yourself from a pharmacy. Once you have a definite result you will know what you are facing. It would be good to talk your decision through with someone and there are trained advisors at pregnancy centres to help you think through your choices, and give you all the information you need. If you would like to talk to soneone on the phone you can ring a free national helpline to get some more support 0800 028 2228.

We are not able to refer directly for termination. We offer clients information on all the options and are well–resourced to provide both immediate and long–term support as necessary, directing to other agencies as appropriate.
