Unplanned pregnancy?
Being faced with an unplanned pregnancy can be difficult. We are here to provide space and time for you to explore your feelings and consider your way forward. Confidentiality is assured (except in certain very exceptional circumstances). We do not act as an abortion referral agency.

Help after abortion
You may have had an abortion and be living with unresolved feelings and hurts. We offer a programme of post-abortion recovery called The Journey, used successfully across the country.

Support following miscarriage
We are here to offer emotional support, a safe place for you to grieve your loss.
