We are here to offer you a safe place to talk in confidence about any concerns you may have relating to pregnancy, unplanned pregnancy, or any difficulties you may be experiencing following abortion, miscarriage, or child loss.
Our service is free and confidential.
You can speak with someone directly, or arrange an appointment to see someone, by calling us on 0845 330 8466. Alternatively you may prefer to contact us by email, or text us on 07797 803693 - messages are checked on a daily basis.

Free pregnancy testing (results within 5 minutes). Help and information for pregnancy, however you may be feeling.
Unplanned pregnancy?
Being faced with an unplanned pregnancy can be difficult. We are here to provide space and time for you to explore your feelings and consider your way forward. Confidentiality is assured (except in certain very exceptional circumstances). We do not act as an abortion referral agency.
Help after abortion
You may have had an abortion and be living with unresolved feelings and hurts. We offer a programme of support called 'The Journey', used successfully across the country.
Support following miscarriage
We are here to offer emotional support, and a safe place for you to grieve your loss.

Our Helpline is open 7pm-10pm every evening of the week, and also 10am-2pm Mon-Fri during school term-time. We are also able to offer daytime appointments for face-face help & support, on weekdays only.
If you would prefer to speak to someone at a centre nearer to you, or you need an evening or weekend appointment, we will do our best to try and arrange this for you.

well–resourced to provide both immediate and long–term support as necessary, directing
