OPTIONS offers support to anyone who is affected by an unplanned pregnancy. It is helpful to share feelings at these times with someone outside of the circumstances. Often, this is enough to help you make the right decision for you. We will support you in whatever way we can, offering impartial advice. We also offer post abortion support. You may be struggling with confused emotions after this experience. We offer a course which may help you. All our services are free and confidential.
