Sometimes, finding you are unexpectedly pregnant can be a difficult and confusing experience. Maybe you are faced with no easy answers. At the Centre you can talk to a trained counsellor who will listen, offer you time and space to think away from pressure, give you information, and help you to consider the possible options - termination (abortion), adoption and parenting. You are welcome to come alone or bring your partner or friend with you. We provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment and support clients whatever their decisions and outcomes.

We also offer pregnancy loss counselling i.e.post-abortion, miscarriage / stillbirth and neonatal death. Grief and unanswered questions can make the loss of a pregnancy very hard to bear. An abortion can leave you with a range of unexpected emotions such as anger, sorrow or regret. We are here to help you work through those feelings and 'move on' after your loss through a course called 'The Journey'which offers ongoing support until you feel ready to move on.

We now offer infertility support for anyone facing infertiltiy issues. We give you time and space to talk about what you are facing and try to help you to find a way forward.
