We are located within Bradbury Community House, 310 Newland Avenue (within the Community Church building). Please enter the building by the main entrance and follow the sign upstairs to our suite of rooms (lift available for wheelchair access).
For our session at the Bransholme surgery on Fridays 2pm -3pm ask at Dr George's reception for directions.

well–resourced to provide both immediate and long–term support as necessary, directing
to other agencies as appropriate.
