Sometimes, finding you are unexpectedly pregnant can be a difficult and confusing experience. Maybe you are faced with no easy answers. At the centre you can talk to a trained counsellor who will listen, offer you time and space to think, and help you to consider the possible options - Termination, Adoption and Parenting. You are welcome to come alone or bring your partner or friend with you.
We also offer pregnancy loss counselling e.g.post termination, miscarriage/stillbirth. Grief and unanswered questions can make the loss of a pregnancy very hard to bear. An abortion can leave you with a range of unexpected emotions such as anger, sorrow or regret. We are here to help you work through those feelings and 'move on' after your loss.

We operate a drop-in facility therefore no appointment is necessary. Note that our opening hours may vary during major holiday periods (for example during August we operate our Monday and Friday sessions only), so please call our answerphone for details. We are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays.
