Options Pregnancy Crisis Centre opened in November 2000 and provides a safe place where anyone who is facing an unplanned pregnancy, or who may be struggling emotionally following an abortion, can receive free confidential support and advice.

Pregnancy Crisis:
We offer women(and men)the opportunity to:
- talk through the difficult circumstances of their situation
- consider the options open to them (keeping the baby/adoption/abortion)
with a Trained Advisor; allowing her the time and space to make an informed decision.

Post abortion:
For some, the emotional impact of abortion can make life very difficult.
At Options we offer post abortion support from specifically trained counsellor/advisors.
'The Journey' is a 1:1 ten step post abortion recovery programme of approximately 12-14 (one hour) sessions, taken at the clients pace. (For further imformation contact: 07855 098 041).

Options for Schools and colleges:
Options has an education programme supporting 10-12 schools/colleges in the Surrey and Hampshire Borders region. Our Regional Schools Worker (RSW) is a qualified teacher and pregnancy crisis advisor. The lessons we provide cover Relationships,Teenage Pregnancy and some sexual health issues.

Under 18's:
To complement the schools/college work, Options offers support to young people outside of the classroom environment where they can talk in confidence with a Trained Advisor. (For details:07855 098 041).
