A pregnancy will always change your life. Whether planned or unexpected there are many confusing feelings and issues which are often difficult to talk about or discuss. It is important that we make decisions which we can live with for the rest of our lives but this can be difficult if we feel that we are trapped or in a crisis.
For some of us the loss of a pregnancy through miscarriage or a termination can leave us with unexpected feelings which we still struggle with many years later.
Alternatives is a safe place to come and talk confidentially through all the issues surrounding pregnancy and where we can equip and support you to make the right decisions or steps for your own unique situation.

~ Normally the telephone line is manned Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30 - 16.30 excluding local public holidays when there is an answer machine service available which will be promptly responded to. The centre open times are suitable for drop-in, most other times we are available by appointment.
